Return and Refund Policy

At Krithu’s Cake House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that every cake and baked product meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand our practices.

  1. No Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the product has been picked up or delivered.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Orders: If we deliver the wrong cake or product, we will issue a full or partial refund or provide a replacement.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) with a photo of the damaged product, and we will assess whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Quality Issues: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos or details and will determine whether a refund or credit is warranted on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Custom Cake Orders
    For custom cake orders, we work closely with you to meet your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, refunds are not available once the design has been approved, unless there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect flavor, design significantly different from the agreed specification).
  2. Cancellations
    Standard/Custom Cakes: Orders for standard cakes may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
    Custom Cakes: Custom cake orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will incur a fee of up to 50% of the order total, depending on the stage of preparation.
    Same-Day Orders: Same-day orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
  3. How to Request a Refund
    If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

    Provide Details: Be ready to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
    Resolution Process: We will review your request and, if approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  4. Allergy Disclaimer
    Please note that while we take great care in preparing allergen-free products, all of our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as dairy, nuts, eggs, and gluten. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions, as it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.
