At Krithu’s Cake House, we aim to deliver your cakes and baked goods fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery to the following areas:
Surrey, Langley, White Rock & Delta.
Delivery outside these areas is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange special deliveries. - Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: We offer delivery between 9 AM β 6 PM, 7 days a week.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select cakes if ordered before 12 PM on the day of delivery. Please call to confirm availability.
Scheduled Delivery: You can schedule your cake delivery for a future date. We recommend placing orders at least a week in advance for special events and large orders. - Shipping Charges
Local Delivery: Free or flat rate for deliveries within 5 Kms.
Extended Delivery: Charges will vary depending on the distance from our location. Fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. - Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared within 24β48 hours after payment confirmation. For custom cakes or larger orders, please allow extra time for preparation.
You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is placed and processed. - Packaging
Our cakes are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival. We use secure and food-safe packaging to prevent damage during transit. - Delivery Conditions
We require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, our delivery team will attempt to contact you.
Re-delivery: If the initial delivery attempt fails and re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.
Unattended Deliveries: If you request an unattended delivery (e.g., leave at the doorstep), Krithu’s Cake House is not responsible for any damage or theft after delivery. - Special Instructions
Please provide any special instructions (e.g., building access, gate codes) at checkout to ensure timely delivery.
If your event has specific timing requirements, please communicate this with us in advance. - Damaged Items
If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at +1437-267-3242 with photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether by replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. - Pick-Up Option
If you prefer to pick up your order from our location, we offer convenient in-store pick-up during regular business hours. Please specify the pick-up time at checkout.
